As a design studio we welcome bespoke projects and a service is available for furniture and interiors projects to meet your requirements, in both private residential and commercial sectors.

Whilst we endeavour to work with specific requests, and welcome the supply of images of inspirational pieces by others, we do not replicate work either contemporary or of a period. Please view the portfolio and shop to gain an idea of the aesthetic that the studio represents. We offer a service in which you will hand over the design direction to the studio. Working with you to understand the requirements and functionality of the commission, we will provide you with a unique design of the studios' own creation.

The services offered offer include:

​

• Free, no obligation, phone or in-person consultation.

• Full design presentation proposals using a range of media appropriate to the brief (i.e. CAD renders, hand sketches, material samples)

• Technical drawings 

• Accurate, fixed costings and breakdowns.

• Full manufacture and delivery.

• Design and manufacture consultation for private and industry clients.

All chargeable services come with a fee specific to the request that will be discussed during the initial consultation free of charge.

Bespoke process

​

Below is guidance as to how the bespoke procedure often works. Please note this is guidance only and may differ dependant upon the specific project requirements.

​

• Free, no obligation consultation where an approximate cost estimate can be given (subject to changes). Please view the portfolio pages to gain a rough idea of how much bespoke work costs.

​

• If the consultation meets your expectations, initial design concept services can commence for a fee. This fee is required up front before any design work takes place but is deductible from the final balance if you go ahead with the work.  At this stage, one revision to the design is available free of charge. Each subject request for change requires a further fee before it will be supplied. A revised and more accurate cost estimate will be provided at this stage (Fees vary dependant upon each projects requirements).

• If a suitable design direction is agreed upon, a further fee is required to produce detailed technical drawings and a fixed quote (fixed up to 6 months after issue) . Again, this fee is deductible from the final balance if work goes forward with the studio (Fees vary dependant upon each projects requirements).

*Please note these initial fees are charged to cover the design services and protect the proposals and drawings from being passed to third parties without any payment being made to the designer*

​

• Once a manufacturing start date (for larger interior projects) or delivery date (for furniture) has been agreed, a deposit is required to secure the work in our diary and procure materials. This fee varies dependant on the size of the job but typically ranges from 20%-50%. It is non-refundable.

​

• The remaining balance is required upon completion before delivery will be made. For larger interior projects, a phased payment may be agreed where suitable in the run up to completion.
